INSS: sai regra para beneficiário que vive no exterior comprovar vida.

Uma resolução publicada pelo Ministério da Economia no Diário Oficial da União de hoje (4) define as regras para a comprovação de vida a ser apresentada por beneficiários que vivem no exterior, amparados ou não por acordos internacionais.

A documentação de comprovação de vida deverá ser encaminhada ao INSS – Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social - diretamente pelo beneficiário, por meio de juntada dos documentos no MEU INSS.

Segundo o decreto, o registro no MEU INSS não exime o beneficiário da obrigação de entregar os originais da documentação aos órgãos do INSS.

No caso em que haja acordos com o país de residência do beneficiário, a comprovação deve ser encaminhada à agência de acordos internacionais responsável.

No caso de residentes em países com quem o Brasil não mantém acordos internacionais de Previdência, a documentação deve ser encaminhada por meio da Coordenação-Geral de Pagamentos e Gestão de Serviços Previdenciários da Diretoria de Benefícios.
