Emissão da NF-e é prorrogada para produtores rurais que faturam até R$ 1 milhão

Produtores rurais que faturam até R$ 1 milhão ganharam um novo prazo para começar a emitir a Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (NF-e). O novo prazo, aprovado pelo Conselho Nacional de Política Fazendária (Confaz), prorroga em sete meses o início da emissão.

A decisão, divulgada nesta sexta-feira (26) no Diário Oficial da União (DOU), prorroga a emissão de NF-e de 1º de maio de 2024 para 1º de dezembro deste ano para os produtores rurais.

A nova data atende os pedidos de prorrogação da Confederação da Agricultura e Pecuária do Brasil (CNA) e da Organização das Cooperativas do Brasil (OCB), que alegaram que o setor estava enfrentando dificuldades de adaptação à nova obrigação.

No entanto, a obrigatoriedade da emissão da NF-e a partir de 1º de maio, nesta quarta-feira, foi mantida para os produtores rurais com receita acima de R$ 1 milhão para operações internas e interestaduais e para operações internacionais e juros para todos os produtores rurais.
