A Comissão de Indústria, Comércio e Serviços da Câmara dos Deputados aprovou projeto permitindo que microempreendedor individual (MEI), empresário individual e empresa individual de responsabilidade limitada (Eireli) possam ser representados por preposto em juizados especiais cíveis.

O Projeto de Lei Complementar (PLP) 122/22 é do deputado Rubens Pereira Júnior (PT-MA), e foi relatado pelo deputado Helder Salomão (PT-ES), que recomendou a aprovação. “Garantir o acesso à justiça, de forma facilitada, é um grande auxílio que este Parlamento pode prestar aos pequenos negócios”, disse Salomão.

A proposta altera o Estatuto da Micro e Pequena Empresa. Para atuar como representante legal, o preposto terá que comprovar o enquadramento da empresa no respectivo regime tributário.

Tramitação
A proposta será analisada agora pela Comissão de Constituição e Justiça e de Cidadania (CCJ). Depois seguirá para o Plenário da Câmara.
