Receita Federal prorroga para abril o envio de DCTFWeb

Portaria que estabelecia prazo até janeiro de 2023 foi alterada por outra publicação com a nova data.

De acordo com Instrução Normativa publicada pela Receita Federal, a apresentação da DCTFWeb relativa a eventos decorrentes de decisões proferidas pela Justiça do Trabalho torna-se obrigatória para fatos geradores ocorridos a partir de abril de 2023.

A prorrogação atende também às solicitações apresentadas por entidades e associações, sob a justificativa de que a implementação definitiva da nova sistemática de declaração, em que a GFIP será substituída pela DCTFWeb, demanda ajustes nos sistemas informatizados.

Assim, os contribuintes que estão obrigados a apresentar a DCTFWeb terão mais três meses para adequação dos sistemas e correto envio da declaração.

A DCTFWeb substituiu a Guia de Recolhimento do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Serviço e Informações à Previdência Social (GFIP) como instrumento de confissão de dívida e de constituição do crédito previdenciário.
