Receita exige novos dados de empresas e contadores

A Receita Federal passou a exigir o compartilhamento de novos dados não protegidos por sigilo fiscal.

A Receita Federal publicou no Diário Oficial da União desta segunda-feira (27) uma portaria que faz ajustes nas regras sobre o compartilhamento de dados não protegidos por sigilo fiscal com órgãos e entidades da Administração Pública Federal direta, autárquica e fundacional e dos demais Poderes da União.

A medida altera as tabelas que constituem anexos à Portaria RFB nº 34/2021 relativas ao Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas (CPF) e ao Cadastro Nacional de Pessoas Jurídicas (CNPJ) , além daquela sobre o cadastro do Simples Nacional.

O texto inclui o DDI e DDD ao número telefônico de pessoas físicas e a ocupação principal e secundária das empresas do Simples Nacional.

Além disso, a medida estabelece maior detalhamento das informações compartilháveis sobre contabilistas, com a inclusão dos seguintes campos:

  • Tipo CRC Contador PF;
  • Classificação CRC Contador PF;
  • Nº CRC Contador PF;
  • Sigla UF CRC Contador PF;
  • CPF Contador;
  • Tipo CRC Contador PJ;
  • Classificação CRC Contador PJ;
  • Nº CRC Contador PJ;
  • CNPJ Contador;
  • e Sigla UF CRC Contador PJ.
