O Ato Declaratório Executivo COFIS nº 104/2021 aprovou o Manual de Orientação do Leiaute 9 da Escrituração Contábil Digital (ECD), cujo conteúdo está disponível para download em http://sped.rfb.gov.br/pasta/show/1569, válido para as entregas da ECD relativas ao ano-calendário de 2021 e posteriores, incluindo as situações especiais a partir de 2022.
