Alteração de limite do Supersimples fica para depois do ajuste fiscal

A mudança no limite do faturamento das empresas para entrar no Super Simples deve ficar para depois do ajuste fiscal que será realizado pelo governo federal.

A mudança no limite do faturamento das empresas para entrar no Super Simples deve ficar para depois do ajuste fiscal que será realizado pelo governo federal. O Super Simples é o programa para que micros e pequenas empresas unifiquem o pagamento de impostos, diminuindo a carga tributária e ajudando na gestão da empresa.

Hoje para uma empresa entrar no Super Simples ela precisa ter um faturamento anual de, no máximo, 3 milhões e 600 mil reais. A proposta é que esse valor duplique para 7 milhões e 200 mil reais para empresas de serviços e comércio e passe para 14 milhões e 400 mil reais para o setor industrial.

O presidente do Sescon, o Sindicato das Empresas de Serviços Contábeis de São Paulo, Sérgio Approbato, esperava que o projeto para ampliar o teto do Super Simples chegasse ao Congresso Nacional ainda no começo deste ano. Ele acredita que com o novo teto o número se empresas participantes do Super Simples se amplie em 2016.

Existem mais de 500 mil empresas no SuperSimples. O Ministério da Micro e Pequena Empresa informou que a proposta para ampliar o teto de faturamento das empresas só deve ser lançada após a finalização do ajuste fiscal, sem data prevista por enquanto.
