PGFN lança novo canal de atendimento ao contribuinte: a chatbot IZE

A Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional (PGFN) lançou, nesta sexta-feira (29), um novo canal de atendimento ao contribuinte: a IZE. Ela é uma chatbot – robô conversacional – que possui um banco de respostas cadastradas para esclarecer as principais dúvidas dos contribuintes.

O objetivo é ampliar o atendimento e facilitar o acesso às orientações, com textos objetivos e simplificados. Para aqueles que precisam de informações mais detalhadas e consulta à legislação, podem recorrer às orientações disponíveis no site.

Para interagir com a IZE, basta acessar o portal REGULARIZE e clicar no balão de chat no canto inferior direito da tela.

PRÓXIMOS PASSOS

Além de seguir com a atualização constante de conteúdo, o novo canal já possui evoluções mapeadas. A PGFN está trabalhando para implementar o chat com atendimento humano. Assim, caso as respostas da IZE não sejam suficientes, o contribuinte poderá registrar a dúvida para ser tratada pela equipe de atendimento do órgão.

A IZE é um produto da PGFN desenvolvido em parceria com a Dataprev, a mesma empresa responsável pelo desenvolvimento da assistente virtual Helô, do Meu INSS.
