Vencimentos de impostos do Simples Nacional foram prorrogados

Além de ganhar um prazo maior, as empresas poderão parcelar o pagamento em duas vezes

O Conselho Gestor do Simples Nacional (CGSN) aprovou, nesta quarta-feira, 24/03, a prorrogação dos vencimentos de impostos para empresas enquadradas no modelo simplificado de tributação.

A medida estendeu os prazos dos tributos com vencimentos em abril, maio e junho de 2021. Veja como fica o calendário do Simples Nacional:

  • Período de apuração de março de 2021, com vencimento original em 20 de abril de 2021, poderá ser pago em duas parcelas iguais, sendo a 1ª em 20 de julho e a 2ª em 20 de agosto de 2021

  • Período de apuração de abril de 2021, com vencimento original em 20 de maio de 2020, poderá ser pago em duas parcelas iguais, em 20 de setembro e 20 de outubro de 2021

  • Período de apuração de maio de 2021, com vencimento original em 20 de junho de 2020, poderá ser pago em duas parcelas iguais, sendo a primeira com vencimento em 22 de novembro e a segunda vencendo em 20 de dezembro de 2021.

O Simples Nacional abrange os seguintes tributos: Imposto de Renda de Pessoa Jurídica (IRPJ); Contribuição Social sobre Lucro Líquido (CSLL); PIS/Pasep; Contribuição para Financiamento da Seguridade Social (Cofins); Imposto sobre Produto Industrializado (IPI); Imposto sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços (ICMS); Imposto sobre Serviços (ISS); e a Contribuição Patronal Previdenciária (CPP).
