PGFN e Receita prorrogam validade das certidões emitidas em decorrência da pandemia Covid-19

Portaria Conjunta prorroga a validade de certidões negativas de débito e das certidões positivas com efeito de negativa por 90 dias

A Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional (PGFN) e a Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB) prorrogaram o prazo de validade das Certidões Negativas de Débitos relativos a Créditos Tributários Federais e à Dívida Ativa da União (CND) e das Certidões Positivas com Efeitos de Negativas de Débitos relativos a Créditos Tributários Federais e à Dívida Ativa da União (CPEND). A decisão está na Portaria Conjunta nº 555, publicada no Diário Oficial da União (DOU) desta terça-feira (24/3).

Essa foi mais uma medida tomada para aplacar os efeitos da pandemia de coronavírus. A Portaria não altera as demais disposições da Portaria Conjunta RFB/PGFN nº 1.751, de 02.10.2014, que dispõe sobre a prova de regularidade fiscal perante a Fazenda Nacional, que ficam mantidas em seus termos.
