A Operação “Barba Negra” realizada pela Receita Federal em São Paulo segue em sua 2ª fase com a presença de 75 servidores. Nesta segunda-feira, 4 de novembro, houve abordagem em um shopping na região do Brás/SP e estão sendo apreendidas mercadorias com indícios de falsificação ou que não cumprem as exigências legais de importação regular no país. A operação deve continuar nas próximas semanas.

A prática dos crimes de contrabando e importação irregular lesa os comerciantes, importadores e produtores brasileiros que atuam na legalidade, havendo notória violação de direitos dos consumidores com produtos clandestinos e que não atendem aos requisitos de segurança.
