Tribunal não terá expediente em 31 de outubro e 1º de novembro

O feriado do Dia do Servidor Público será no dia 31/10

O Tribunal Superior do Trabalho não terá expediente nos dias 31/10 (quinta-feira) e na 1º/11 (sexta-feira).

O feriado do Dia do Servidor Público, celebrado originalmente em 28/10, foi transferido para o dia 31. Com isso, os prazos que iriam se iniciar ou se encerrar nesse dia ficam automaticamente prorrogados para 4/11. A deliberação seguiu o ATO GDGSET.GP.64/2024. No dia 28, o expediente será normal.

Não haverá expediente no dia 1º/11 em razão do feriado do Dia de Todos os Santos, estabelecido no artigo 62, inciso IV, da Lei 5.010/1966.
