O Projeto de Lei Complementar (PLP) 187/21 determina abatimento progressivo na tributação pelo Simples Nacional conforme o tempo de atividade das pessoas jurídicas. O texto em análise na Câmara dos Deputados insere o dispositivo do Estatuto da Micro e Pequena Empresa.

Conforme a proposta, o abatimento será de 10% no caso das micro e pequenas empresas com mais de dez anos ininterruptos de atividade. O desconto será de 20% para aquelas com mais de 20 anos no negócio; e de 30% após os 30 anos.

“Não se veem mecanismos para estimular a continuidade da atividade empresarial, que premiem o empresário que consegue se manter por anos a fio”, disse o autor da proposta, deputado Diego Andrade (PSD-MG).

Tramitação
O projeto será analisado pelas comissões de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Indústria, Comércio e Serviços; de Finanças e Tributação; e de Constituição e Justiça e de Cidadania. Depois seguirá para o Plenário.
