Grupo de trabalho da reforma tributária deixa representantes comerciais fora das profissões com benefícios

Decisão foi considerada injusta pelos conselhos que representam a categoria em todo o Brasil

O Conselho Federal dos Representantes Comerciais – Confere e o Core-PR consideram injusta a não contemplação dos Representantes Comerciais entre as diversas profissões que terão o benefício da redução de 30% na alíquota do Imposto sobre Bens e Serviços (IBS) e da Contribuição Social sobre Bens e Serviços (CBS). Este benefício está previsto no artigo 122 do texto do substitutivo ao PLP 68/2024 que institui impostos na Reforma Tributária apresentado nesta quinta-feira, 4 de julho, pelo grupo de trabalho da Câmara dos Deputados.

Em nota, o Conselho Federal dos Representantes Comerciais – Confere e o Core-PR afirmam que: A profissão de Representante Comercial é uma das mais antigas e vitais para a economia brasileira, sendo responsável por aproximadamente 30% de todos os negócios realizados no Brasil. A pandemia deixou ainda mais evidente a importância da categoria para o País, em que foram essenciais para manter a economia funcionando, especialmente nos setores alimentício e médico-hospitalar, assegurando o abastecimento e evitando um caos social.
